We are excited to announce that after 3 years of serving the College community, Holy Ground Coffee is ready for new management. Dimattina Coffee Roasters will be taking over the operation from November 2023. Dimattina is a leader in the coffee industry in Perth and Melbourne. Their staff bring valuable industry knowledge to our project and in addition to our on campus offering, can offer our students opportunities to work off campus at their city cafés to further hone their hospitality skills and broaden their experience.

Leigh Kitchin, General Manager at Dimattina says he is excited about making a time investment in the future leaders of the coffee industry through educating young baristas and influencing the formal learning for future industry leaders.

You will see Hannah, Kadi and Leigh in the van and Churack Pavilion over the next few weeks as they get to know your coffee orders and work with our current team. Please give them your support to ensure this opportunity continues for future Aquinas students.

The College would like to acknowledge and thank Amanda Wilson for her outstanding work in establishing Holy Ground Coffee. It is a wonderful service and superb training for the students involved. Amanda has done an amazing job!
