Three Year 12 students Tim Bodlovich, Matthew Colliss and Julian Granado won the WA title at the recent Australian National Titrations Competition at Murdoch University.
This annual competition involves a team of three students individually conducting acid-base chemistry titration exercises. Judging is based on the values that each student reports for the concentrations of the acid and base solutions. The three individual results are then compiled together to rank the position of each competing team.
The results will now be compiled nationally to see which team is the best in Australia.
