Aquinas College is one of the schools throughout Australia which is a member of Edmund Rice Education Australia. These schools have a Christian Brother heritage and much of the College traditions reflect the charism of the work of the Brothers.

The Aquinas College Board supports the Headmaster with the financial management and policy development to ensure the proper conduct of the College. The Headmaster has a College Leadership Team that he works with to provide the management of the College.

Aquinas College is also part of the Catholic Education Commission of Western Australia from which policy and practice are drawn.
